## Return & Refund Policy

At [AuraHarborCrystalsUK], we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your crystal jewellery, we're here to help.

### 1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. As crystals are natural products, unique natural variations are not considered defects.

### 2. How to Initiate a Return

Please email our customer support team at [你的联系邮箱] with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with the return shipping address. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

### 3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card/PayPal). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5–10 business days).

### 4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons,  custom bespoke orders cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
