### 1. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

### 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. UK Standard Delivery: 5–9 business days (Free for orders over £40, otherwise £3.99) Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier peak seasons or customs inspection. ### 

### 3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For our UK customers, we do our best to ensure no extra charges arise. However, [AuraHarborCrystalsUK] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

### 4. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at [AuraHarborCrystalsUK@outlook.com] with photos of the damaged packaging and crystal pieces. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
